”DASHBOARD SOLUTION CREATES VISIBILITY AND SAVINGS”
“The implementation of AROLINK® Dashboards has produced clear results in terms of optimised production, reduced time consumption and, ultimately, concrete savings for Arla Foods AKAFA,” Jonas Kristensen, Production and Technology Development Manager at Arla Foods AKAFA, says.
“AROLINK® Dashboards allow us to monitor our KPIs live on real-time monitors in the operations control center. Data from the production facility is sent approx. every 20 seconds to a database calculating the most important KPIs which are then displayed and updated on the dashboard every minute,” Jonas Kristensen continues.
From Blackboards to Real-Time Dashboards
“Being able to follow up on KPIs every minute is a huge improvement compared to previous updates to work schedules on blackboards with daily or weekly follow-ups.
We quickly spot irregularities and effects of the operator’s minor adjustments, which increases both quality and efficiency of the production facility,” Jonas Kristensen says in conclusion.
