The AROLINK® factory management system is a modular system. Fully integrated, the factory management system consists of the platform’s 4 functional areas and 6 separate modules, which can be implemented individually or later as required. Below you will find descriptions of the 6 modules.
Based on input from sales and data from the ERP system, AROLINK® handles the concrete, detailed production planning. AROLINK® uses finished product deliveries as a starting point to create rolling forecasts for the production of semi-finished and finished products. Rolling forecasts provide the factory with a qualified continuous estimate of the current and future production. This applies to sequence plans, packaging plans, instructions, purchase proposals, goods receipt plans, available resources compared to requirements, and picklists for selecting products for production.
AROLINK® has been designed for managing and executing orders for manufacturing goods. Integrating equipment and machines on the production floor, AROLINK® provides management options and real-time insights into each step of the manufacturing process, thereby giving companies the opportunity to achieve higher efficiency, unique data coherence and full traceability.
AROLINK® includes a robust food safety module based on the HACCP principles of Codex Alimentarius. Hazard analyses and handling of identified risk factors are transformed into digital registrations on the production floor. AROLINK® ensures that production and food quality comply with legislation, specifications and customer requirements and audits become less stressful.
Using AROLINK® WMS (Warehouse Management System), you can manage your inventory from receipt of raw material to shipment of finished products. AROLINK® manages and supports the physical inventory management at the factory. Digital AROLINK® registrations of product movements in the product flow ensure real-time inventory, contributing to more precise purchasing and production planning.
AROLINK® enables quick and reliable data exchange between enterprise business systems (ERP) and process equipment on the production floor (SCADA, PLC). AROLINK® interfaces with existing systems and process equipment and transfers real-time data from production. AROLINK® collects and updates data from the production floor in a way that ensures the data remains in its production context.
AROLINK® provides reports and dashboards used to transform raw data about production progress into enhanced insights into the factory KPIs. The AROLINK® reports allows you to organise and utilise the data collected on the factory floor. AROLINK® dashboards present production data in an easy-to-understand and visually convincing format.
